About Aryon Apparel

Aryon Apparel is an online New Zealand apparel store operated by Aryon Group Limited. We supply blank apparel, workwear, uniforms and promotional clothing, with optional custom printing and branding.

Products and sizing

Are products blank or decorated?

Products are sold blank unless a printing or branding option is selected or separately quoted. Available services include embroidery, screen printing, Supacolour and vinyl transfer.

How do I choose a size?

Use the size information on the relevant product page because sizing varies by brand and style. Contact us with the style code if you need help before ordering.

What if stock becomes unavailable?

Supplier stock can change. If an ordered item becomes unavailable, we will contact you to discuss a suitable alternative or refund.

Shipping

Where do you ship?

We ship within New Zealand. Aryon Apparel is online and delivery-only; customer pickup is not available.

How long does delivery take?

Orders for blank apparel are usually processed within 1–2 working days after payment is confirmed. Standard New Zealand delivery normally takes a further 1–2 working days after dispatch, while rural delivery normally takes 3–5 working days. Working days exclude weekends and public holidays. Custom printing and branding production time is separate and confirmed before production. Courier delays and public holidays may affect these estimates.

Can an order arrive separately?

Large orders or products supplied from different locations may arrive in separate parcels. We will not add extra split-shipment charges unless agreed with you.

Returns

Can I return an item?

Please request a return within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, unaltered, in original packaging, with original tags and in resalable condition. Contact us before sending a return.

Who pays return freight?

The customer pays return freight unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied by Aryon Apparel.

Can custom-branded items be returned?

Printed, embroidered, personalised or other custom-made goods cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty or incorrectly supplied.

Orders and payment

Payments are processed securely through Shopify and supported payment providers. For bulk, uniform or decorated orders, contact us for a quote before production.
